感恩昊天 ，好生之德
感恩父母 ，養育之恩
感恩孔聖 ，仁之教誨
義以養心 ，食以養身
須知盤中餐，粒粒皆辛苦。

Grateful we are to Heaven,
For his favoring all life on earth;
Grateful we are to our parents,
For their nurture and education;
Grateful we are to Confucius the Sage,
For his teachings of benevolence.
Let’ s nourish our mind with righteousness,
and our body with food.
Each and every grain of rice is the
fruit of toiling farmers.
